Tang Mingwei

Born in 1985 in Sichuan, graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 2008. Since 2006, I have been focusing on geometric abstract creation, dedicated to expressing the beauty brought by precision in reason! This includes a precise logic that enables the use of rulers and gauges for drawing, as well as the thrill of using scales to quantify and mark such precision. At the same time, by giving geometric shapes a projection, I give geometric concepts a new space, and then I enjoy understanding various fields of mathematics and using their unique methods to discover some meaningful pure shapes.
